We are thrilled to have you as a customer and want you to have an amazing shopping experience with us! Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 we can’t accept returns at this time, we apologize for the inconvenience.

If any order items are defective or damaged during transit contact us immediately for assistance within 14 days. There is no warranty on color changes, or stones coming out, we advise you to check out our “Care Tips” tab for information on how to properly care for your items. We do not offer returns or exchanges on used items.
